Shipping & Returns Policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All of our products are mailed in discreet packaging - it will show up in a plain black mailer. It’ll be our little secret. ;)
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping on all orders in the Continental United States over $100. For orders less than $100, a cost of $8 will be applied for shipping. Average transit time is 3-6 business days, but could take up to 10 business days until the first delivery attempt.
We do not guarantee shipping times for Standard Shipping.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii:
Standard shipping is the only option for these destinations. Customer pays a flat shipping fee of $12.
Your package is not subject to customs declaration. We do not guarantee shipping times to these destinations
We currently do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
No international shipping is available via itsrythm.com at this time.
Rythm is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please ensure your destination has a secure point of delivery. Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
If a package is lost or stolen, then the customer must file a claim with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
We are completely dedicated to your health, pleasure and satisfaction. Purchases made from Rythm has a 20-day customer satisfaction guarantee on your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within the 20-day time period and we will provide instructions on how to start the return process. Your refund will be in the form of store credit, which never expires. Returns must be unopened, and unused.
If a gift card is used for a purchase, refunds will go back to the customer in the form of a gift card.
Damages and issues
In the unfortunate case you receive a damaged item or an item different from your order you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All claims for damaged products or incorrect orders must be made within 72 hours of receipt. Please contact us at email@example.com during that time and we will resolve the issue. Please include photo or video documentation.
If an item is deemed damaged Rythm will arrange for a replacement. Damaged products will only be rectified with a replacement order. Please allow 5-7 business days to process replacement orders.
