We offer free shipping on all orders in the Continental United States over $150. For orders less than $150, a cost of $8 will be applied for shipping.

Standard shipping is the only option for these destinations. Customer pays shipping based on weight of package.

Rythm is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost or stolen, then the customer must file a claim with the carrier.
If the shipping account used is from the Brand, then a request to open an investigation should be initiated on behalf of the customer
Optional Shipping Warranty
Customers may be offered the option to purchase a Shipping Warranty at checkout.
If my shipment shows "Delivered" by the carrier, but I didn't receive it, what should I do?
You would submit a claim for a lost package and we will send you a replacement or a refund. However, it may be a good idea to check with a neighbor if they may have received it in error.
How long after my purchase would a package be considered "lost in transit" for an address within the USA?
Packages can take up to 10 days to deliver. If your shipment has been in transit for more than 10 days and there is no update on your delivery date, submit a claim and we will replace or refund your purchase.
What happens if my package is stolen?
If your package was stolen, we will send you a replacement or refund upon receipt of your claim. Please add in the notes if we should send your replacement package to a different address where you can receive packages with less risk for theft.
Does Rythm require a police report for stolen packages?
No. We don't require a police report.
What should I do if I receive a damaged package?
Submit a claim within 72 hours of receiving the damaged goods along with a picture of the package and the damaged product. We will send you a replacement or a refund.
How do I submit a claim?
When you purchase Rythm's order protection service, you will receive an email with a link to the claim submission page.

How long will it take to process my claim?

Returns & Refunds
Rythm is a marketplace of 40+ brands. When you place an order, each brand ships directly from their warehouse, storefront, or boutique to your door. Because of this, each return must be shipped back separately in its own box and with its own shipping label so it arrives at the correct return location.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customer will not be required to return the item and will receive store credit.
Products beyond 30 day window are only eligible for exchange at the discretion of Rythm. If deemed eligible, then the only option available is an exchange
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All claims for damaged products or incorrect orders must be made within 72 hours of receipt. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org during that time and we will resolve the issue. Please include photo or video documentation.
If an item is deemed damaged Rythm will arrange for a replacement. Damaged product will only be rectified with a replacement order. Please allow 5-7 business days to process replacement orders.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, vibrators). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
